Job Details

Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Specialist will include:

1. Processing and verifying invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy and procedures.
3. Handling vendor inquiries and resolving any discrepancies in invoice processing.
4. Maintaining vendor files and updating records as necessary.
5. Assisting with month-end closing by preparing various reports and analyses.
6. Utilizing Yardi software to manage accounts payable processes and tasks.
7. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this Contract Accounts Payable Clerk position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of invoicing and accounts payable procedures.
4. Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
5. Strong numerical skills and the ability to handle a large volume of data.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
