What you'll do...
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations of our Energy Center in Lancaster, TX. The Area Manager will be responsible for effectively communicating with individuals and groups, implementing business plans, monitoring, and managing productivity, maintaining quality and safety standards, addressing concerns, supervising, and developing associates and leaders, and managing daily operations and financial aspects of the energy center maintenance department.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$100,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock

Minimum Qualifications:1 year Walmart Energy Center Refrigeration Technician experience OR 1 year industrial warehouse refrigeration systems experience OR 1 year refrigeration/HVAC maintenance supervisory experience. Obtain Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association (RETA) Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO) and Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator (CIRO) certifications within 30 months of job entry date and maintain them while employed in this position.Outlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position.
