The Auto Glass Specialist is a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation and repair of auto glass. Exemplifying our code of values, we show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Specific Responsibilities: - Ensure Safety remains a top priority with all employees.
- Complete Pre and Post inspections using tablet-based technology.
- Repair and replace auto glass according to ANSI standards.
- Calibrate vehicles with ADAS safety equipment.
- Complete Rock Chip repairs according to ROLAGS standards
- Ensure the efficient use of materials.
- Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
- Complete invoices and work orders using the tablet-based technology.
- Execute Service with Advanced Training (SWAT)
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Job Requirements: - Prior experience in the Auto Glass Industry is a Plus
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects such as windshields, etc.
- Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology a plus.
- Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving skills
- Professional appearance and personality
Automotive, Residential or Commercial experienced Installer must have a valid driver's license.
