Activities - Follow-up with SIPOC partners to ensure input data (Suppliers, and internal Stellantis partners...)
- Validation of ePWT-related functions at pack level: battery test bench
- Construct, lead and adapt the test procedure
- Contribute with the validation engineer at the numerical and physical validation plan creation
- Contribute with the validation engineer at the justification of the conception of the components
- Leading the instrumentation phase / shipping pack / update BMS calibration
- Weekly report delivery/ KPI monthly update for the various milestones in accordance with the Stellantis process for the relevant technical areas
- Create, perform, and adjust test campaigns with suppliers and partners to monitor / analyse and solve challenging issues within the area of expertise and ensure the QCDP of the performance.
- Follow, participate and/or do the acquisition of the tests in the laboratory
- Analyze and exploit the data of the tests
- Notice by an incident report (write by himself or by the laboratory) any majors failures of the pack during the test
- Communicate any test failures, delays, or interruptions to the validation engineer (Notice by an incident report)
- Control the test report done by the laboratory and write the test report should be released
- Involved and part of the team to build and update with lessons learn the feature team (RoadMap, Feedback, newcomer training...)
- Validation guides, improve efficiency work and compromises based on the test feedback
- Calibration and/or validation activities for one or more Powertrain systems, BEV/PHEV powertrains.
- BMS calibration validation software / Hardware / Life cycle durability tests / expertise packs end activities
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar degree is required from an accredited university
- Software engineering and/or tool development work experience
- Experience with change and requirements management processes
- Application testing strategy and execution
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken engineering technical English language
- Self-starter who can work cross-functionally with other people
- Knowledge of software/hardware for battery technology
- CRETA, INCA, APOGEE, OPTISIM and measurements.
- Experienced with Vector tools such as CANoe and Canalyzer
