What you'll do...
Walmart Connect is Walmart’s advertising platform. Uniquely designed to reach hundreds of millions of U.S. shoppers across their entire shopping journey, we connect billions of shopping behaviors to real transactions (both online and in-store), and help marketers truly understand how their marketing drives results.
The Walmart Connect Brand team ’s mission is to drive “must buy” status for Connect’s ad products across the media industry through awareness and comprehension of our unique value. And support the sales team in their mission to drive incremental advertising revenue. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Brand Strategy and be responsible for contributing to our mission throug h:
• Marketing and Content Strategy: Helps draft and execute annual B2B marketing strategy and ensures alignment with Walmart Connect's overall business strategy and brand objectives. Represents marketing plans in cross-functional team meetings. Shares innovative ways to differentiate Walmart Connect in the marketplace through content and creative in marketing materials and on walmartconnect.com. Reviews and updates cross functional MarCom and messaging planning calendar to ensure consistency and alignment and connects the dots to make recommendations for content to be posted to walmartconnect.com . Leads case study strategy in partnership with Product Marketing.
• Video and other project C reative Brief Development : Develops and/or reviews strategic creative briefs for initiative/campaigns and socializes with B2B Creative Services team and /or agency partners. Creates tactical plans based on briefs. In some cases, d rafts initial content for project to be copy edited and created. Reviews target audience, objectives, budget and timeline for all initiatives within a project. Reviews and provides feedback on creative. Manages agency relationship and budgets.
• Writing : Writes first draft of brand narratives, some case studies, key pitch material and sales presentations, other marketing collateral as needed. Reviews materials written or designed by others to ensure brand voice, creative is on brand and on message , providing feedback to coach other creators .
• Marketing Initiative Implementation and Management: Manages most or all aspects of sales enablement initiatives assigned . Reviews and approves communications and marketing collateral to ensure a consistent advertiser experience and improved effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Collaborates with cross-functional teams (e.g., Category Strategy, Product Marketing , Client Solutions, Creative Services, Sales) to execute on marketing materials, pitch decks, case studies, and ensure s consistent brand messages across all channels. Identifies, collects and shares critical information with cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure exceptional execution.
• Branding: Be a Brand ambassador and steward for Walmart Connect, ensuring the Brand is represented properly in external mediums and collateral. Understand our Brand research an d metrics and be able to act on them, making recommendations for messaging and tactics.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business , Communications, Marketing or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in B2B brand development and management, developing creative briefs, marketing collateral, narratives.
• 3 years experience in digital media

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
