Digital Designer/Web Specialist will work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to align website strategies with overarching marketing objectives. The E-Commerce Digital Designer and Web Developer responsibilities are to ensure that our website effectively supports and enhances the company's branding, promotions, and marketing campaigns. This role involves continuous auditing of the website for updates and performance optimization. Responsibilities: The following duties are considered essential to this position. Other responsibilities may be assigned. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly. Work in conjunction with a web developer to execute web updates and changes to the website. Work with a ticket system to manage website-related projects across the organization, coordinating timelines and deliverables. Manage the addition and updating of products on the website, ensuring accurate information, and assets are updated and follow our website style guides. Monitor website performance using analytics tools, gather insights, and prepare reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Continuously assess and enhance the website's user experience by conducting usability tests and incorporating feedback. Support the integration and management of e-commerce functionalities, ensuring smooth transactions and secure payment gateways. Address technical issues promptly, liaise with IT teams, and provide support to users experiencing difficulties on the website. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, web management, or related roles. Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite: Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience, and content management systems. Proficiency in using project management and ticketing systems to manage and prioritize tasks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving website issues. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret website analytics and performance data. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, PriceSpider, Unbxd Zendesk, Magento, and basic web development concepts are a plus. Creative thinking and a passion for staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Strong organizational skills, file management, and image prep.
