Job Description

RoofClaim is seeking a dynamic, sales minded individual to join our team. The perfect candidate is someone who enjoys talking to people and guiding conversations. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and a strong sense of urgency.

Job Duties:
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
  • Engage talent and adequately qualify candidates for the interview process.
  • Captivate candidates to ensure a successful interview process.
  • Maintains accurate and timely ATS updates, including disposition status and reasons.
  • Create job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.
  • Update company profiles on Indeed, Glassdoor and other platforms to highlight the company's opportunities and value.
  • Follow up on the interview process status and update records in an internal database.
  • Communicate internally regarding interview schedules.
  • Track, manage and report on requirement budgets and campaigns.
  • Seek new recruitment funnels, plan and execute onsite recruiting at local events, job fairs, schools and others.

Requirements:
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment that requires and adequately rewards results.
  • Ability to travel to various locations based on project needs for onsite hiring and recruiting events. This includes out-of-state traveling for extended periods of time. _(Travel accommodations will be coordinated and provided for you.)_
  • 2 years of Customer Service or Sales experience.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and advanced technical skills
  • Creative minded thinking that continually brings new ideas for candidate engagement
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to follow processes to ensure candidates are followed up with according to best practices
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously; set priorities and plan work to meet deadlines
  • Manage and update detailed schedules and documentation.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
