QUALIFICATIONS:- College degree in Agriculture is a plus, but will also consider experience in agronomy, marketing, precision, or other areas of strength in production agriculture- Need 3-5 year farm experience along with CDL and good driving record or must be willing to obtain- Routine maintenance and general repairs is a must, while welding would be a plus- Dependable, self-motivated, team player, with strong communication skills and positive attitude requiredJOB DESCRIPTION:Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is looking for a Farm Equipment Operator for a progressive farm in Minnesota.
