Job Description

Full-time Monday - Friday role

Starting Pay Rate: $22 / per hour (pay is based on previous experience)

Primary Job Duties

  • Processes all new hire onboarding via ATSincluding verifications of employment and guiding new hires through thepre-hire process
  • Keeps the new hire "Pipeline" spreadsheet up todate at all times
  • Provides welcoming first day experience for newhires
  • Maintains all employee files in good order, bothpaper and electronic
  • Maintains updated licensure in employee filesand in Paylocity as applicable
  • Monitors expiring work authorizations
  • Maintains I-9 files in good order
  • Maintains good working knowledge of HR policiesand practices so that he/she may accurately answer questions as they arise
  • Provides excellent customer service to employeesand managers, returns calls and e-mails as soon as possible and acts onconcerns promptly
  • Participates in annual IDPH surveys
  • Monitors uniform inventory and keeps inventoryin good order

Job Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma
Experience: One to two years relevant experience
