If you are interested…

You are:

• experienced - 4 years of prior HVAC field experience is required
• passionate about meeting deadlines
• full of integrity, character, and energy to lead our estimate & bid processes
• great at organizing tasks and projects
• proficient at measuring new construction homes, calculating ductwork sizes, understanding code requirements, and managing jobsite crews
• excellent at solving problems
• positive with your attitude and a great team player

You will:

• have excellent oral and written skills
• be the face of the company as you gain an understanding of the customer’s requirements
• coordinate internal and external teams
• review project plans
• create bids and estimates for small to large commercial jobs, new construction, and remodels for approval by the Luxury Comfort Solutions Owner-CEO
• perform Manual J load calculations
• assist with AIA, Davis Bacon, and tax-exempt reporting
• remain up to date on current industry trends
• have a clean driving record
