As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform.

• Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inquiries
• Deliver personalized and efficient service to enhance the customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
