Job brief We're looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for assisting in new patient acquisition and brand awareness campaigns.
Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, project management, internal print ordering management and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, excellent organizational skills and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
Ultimately, you will help the organization build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Responsibilities - Assist in the development of strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our clinic locations
- Assist in the deployment of successful marketing campaigns and in their implementation from ideation to execution
- Assist with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Oversee marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Coordinate photography and videography a needed
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Requirements and skills - Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and communication
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Degree in marketing
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full time position requiring 40 hours per week, (excluding meal period), and is generally worked Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. More specific hours shall be established and communicated in a written offer of employment and will be subject to the needs of the organization, which may be subject to change from time to time.
Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university (business and marketing emphasis preferred); a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with digital focus, including social media, recall, paid search and other tactics; Multi-unit retail or healthcare experience preferred; Experience leading marketing activities across multiple locations preferred.
