Intern involvements are determined based on business need and role availability with consideration to the student's skills and development goals. This internship is paid and will be full time for 10 consecutive weeks during summer of 2024. Qualifications Requirements: + Must be at least a rising Junior working on the completion of bachelor's degree from an accredited university. + Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Strong aptitude for learning new processes and technologies. + Strong technical skills based on area of study and the ability to apply those skills in a work environment. + Highly creative with initiative and drive. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to work as a team member and as an individual. + Candidate must exhibit a professional behavior that promotes teamwork, fosters cooperation, and enhances productivity in the workplace. + Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously. + Candidate must be able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. + Successful drug screening. + Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge. Preferred Qualifications: + Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. + Ability to receive guidance and problem solve. + A previous internship related to your field of study. + Self-driven time management and organizational skills. Location/Work Arrangement: + This position is located in Idaho Falls, ID and is a Hybrid Work Arrangement. Benefits: BGS offers a competitive total compensation package to eligible employees.
