Job Title: Mechanical Piping Designer Job Description As a Mechanical Piping Designer, you will be responsible for performing design duties on assigned projects involving process, service and utility piping, supports, HVAC, and equipment layout. You will also assist the project manager in developing bids, proposals, estimates, scopes of work, schedules, and material lists. In addition, you will be tasked with maintaining project files and documentation, certifying the accuracy and completeness of all deliverables, and providing guidance to subordinate staff members on a day-to-day basis.

Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Midlothian, Virginia.
Work Environment Our office comprises 100 employees with expected growth to 115. You will spend approximately 80% of your time in the office and 20% performing field visits. The work environment is stable, and our clientele includes Dominion, Altria, and other heavy industrial clients in Virginia. The attire is business casual, and the standard work schedule is Monday through Friday.
