Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Med Spa Sales and Client Relations Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales, promoting our services and products, and building strong relationships with our members and clients. Your responsibilities will include pitching our offerings, assisting with simple, technology-driven procedures, and fostering a positive and engaging client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Promotion: Experienced in sales!! with a Commission based part to the salary as well. There will be a base rate of 20$/hour - and on top of this is the commision you will receive from all sales that you are credited with. It is expected that you will be able to sell an amount that will easily allow you to earn a total amount of - 70k/year - and if you are able to commit to a higher sales volume - you can easily reach > 100k - it all depends on the volume of sales and how you commit to the standard you want to set.
  • Actively promote and pitch our range of services and products, including facial and body aesthetics, weight loss, and pain management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Provide detailed information to clients about our services and products, addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Client Interaction and Relationship Building:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and members, greeting them warmly and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand and respond to client needs, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience.
  • Assisting with Procedures:
  • Support in performing simple, technology-driven procedures, ensuring clients receive a high-quality experience.
  • Utilize automated systems and tools effectively to perform tasks with minimal skill requirements.
  • Office Support:
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and client inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Enthusiastic about working in the med spa and aesthetics industry.
  • Ability to quickly learn and perform simple procedures with technology assistance.
  • Experience in sales or client relations is a plus but not required.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping others.
