Work Location - Remote, United States SUMMARY The Broker Enablement - Support Analyst role will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of data file processes, distribution of sales reports, and data validation testing for our external partner platforms supporting Medicare Growth.
The role will report to the Broker Enablement Partner Relationship Lead. This role will interface externally with various partner contacts as well as internally with business and technical teams to support distribution of daily/weekly/monthly reports. Provides support to the Broker Enablement team in preparation for AEP readiness, and new product launches through data validation testing on various external partner platforms for accuracy of plan data and rates. Additionally, this role will assist in the documentation and implementation of process improvements.
This individual will be a self-starter who is detail oriented and has a proven track record of building strong relationships within a highly matrixed environment. Demonstrates proactive communication to head off issues, identify risks, and provide input into key areas of process improvements.
Responsibilities include the management and monitoring of report processes between various partners that directly contributes to growth within the organization. To be successful this individual will possess strong documentation and presentation skills to effectively communicate between various internal and external audiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage a distribution of daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Develop functional expertise of external partner platforms and processes assigned to the role, including data security and delivery
- Test functionality and data on external partner platforms, ensuring products and information are presented appropriately
- Develop a fundamental knowledge of sales and plan data to identify potential issues and impacts to our external partners and organization.
- Interface with external partners to address identified production issues.
- Conduct data analysis and regression testing to confirm processes are working as expected.
- Document functionality, processes and/or research, flexing medium to reflect the audience.
- Regularly communicate with all impacted parties on the progress of an issue or new feature.
- Analyze processes and performance results to drive improvements for future implementations.
- Respond to moderately complex inquiries, using independent judgment and funneling issues to appropriate team members as needed.
- Remain compliant with all company and governmental policies, procedures, and regulations.
- May travel up to once per quarter.
QUALIFICATIONS - High School Diploma, required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Medicare experience , preferred
- Experience with data security (ability to translate IT lingo into layman's term), preferred
- Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Office Suite products required)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills preferred with the ability to identify, triage, prioritize, escalate and resolve issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage through change in a fast-paced environment
- Goal oriented, resourceful, personally accountable and self-directed
- Ability to effectively collaborate across the organization
- Process-oriented with strong organization and planning skills among competing responsibilities and tasks
- Proactively seek opportunities for improvement
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 27 - 40 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
