The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage lending or origination, along with a history of successfully connecting borrowers with suitable lenders.

**Compensation:**
$225,000 - $250,000 annually
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with real estate agents, underwriting departments, mortgage professionals, and closing agents to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Research and negotiate competitive mortgage rates and terms to find the best mortgage products for potential borrowers.
- Manage and convert inbound leads effectively to expand your client network.
- Shop for and negotiate competitive rates with lenders to secure the best mortgage options for each applicant.
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, and bankers.
- Stay updated on current lending rates and industry trends.
- Submit accurate and complete application files to lenders on behalf of homeowners.
- Coordinate with mortgage professionals such as processors, account executives, and realtors.
- Educate clients on various loan products, the buying or refinancing process, and lending guidelines to help them make informed decisions.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in real estate law, banking, finance, business administration, or economics is preferred.
- Current NMLS licensure or National Association of Mortgage Broker license or certification is required.
- Knowledge of the loan process from origination to closing and familiarity with various loan products.
- Proficiency in loan origination software and MS Office.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and resourcefully.
