Sol Shine Company is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Online Live Chat Agent to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance through live chat. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Customer Engagement: Build positive relationships with customers by engaging with them in a friendly, helpful, and respectful manner.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of Sol Shine's products and services to offer informed and relevant advice to customers.

Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to help improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.

Multitasking: Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, issues, and solutions provided.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an online or remote setting. Experience with live chat support is a plus.

Skills: Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with live chat software, CRM systems, and other customer support tools. Comfortable using computers and navigating online platforms.
