Bradford House in Oklahoma City, OK is looking for one outbound sales coordinator to join our 57 person strong team. We are located on 1235 Nw 38th Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.
We’re looking for an active customer-focused team player with exceptional sales skills to be the next Outbound Sales Coordinator at our busy hotel. In collaboration and leadership with the General Manager, you’ll oversee developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan that includes soliciting new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets via outside sales calls, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking. This energetic leader will be able to enhance revenue by researching local market trends and competitive behavior to discover and close business leads. Essential Job Functions:
o Making telephone calls for sales and events in accordance with BH standards.
o Prepare accurate written correspondence including letters, contracts, reports, and emails.
o Attend networking events with local businesses and vendors to create positive relationships in the community.
o Maintain organization for inquiries, prospects, and accounts, creating updating accounts with information.
o Ensure BH’s Event calendar is updated daily to include group room blocks.
o Negotiate Group booking rates and associated in house events.
o Document all coordination for groups to include room details, food and beverage, outside vendors, room set-up, etc.
o Produce clear financial plans and records of all related expenditures.
o Upsell products and services throughout the sales process.
o Complete an accurate and competitive analysis of OKC market.
o Always maintain complete knowledge of the property to provide thoughtful responses to guests.

Work Environment:
o Frequent use of office equipment such as iPad, computers, and phones.
o Fast paced, with prominent levels of interactions with guest, associates, and other managers.
o Work in shared space, with constant noise, without the use of a private office.
Expected Work Hours and Location:
o Part to Full Time as needed for business demands.
o Early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
o Office Hours will flex to support Group requirements of our group contacts, scheduled office hours will be assigned.
Pay:
Hourly rate: $14-$16 per hour (negotiable after first 90 days)

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $16.00/hour.
