SeaCoast Veterinary Groupis actively seeking a well-organized, motivated Practice Manager. Your mission will be to keep the culture positive and the team efficient, to ensure that each patient and client receive the best standard of veterinary medicine and attention they deserve. You will work closely with the operations director, the doctors, and the support team. You will be responsible for the scheduling of the staff, educating and training the staff, and general responsibilities that keep the clinic working effectively and efficiently. If you are an individual with management skills looking to advance your career, take your skills and knowledge to the next level, and help support your team to achieve significant advancements in the veterinary industry this is the clinic for you. You will be involved in all aspects of our veterinary operations, having a thorough understanding of the variety of roles and responsibilities as well as the guidelines and laws that dictate excellence in our field. This position is tasked with having direct authority and decision-making responsibilities over business aspects and the most important resources of our veterinary practice - our people.

Requirements •Management experience is preferred.

•Able to support the staff with a work/life balance
Salary: $67,000-73,000 /annually
