Royalty Home Care LLC in Hampton, VA is looking for one remote nurse/RN to join our strong team. We are located in the Hampton roads area. We're looking for someone who is dependable, experienced, and caring. A home care nurse to work one-on-one with our clients in our home health care agency. Someone who can help build our PCA team with training and a comfortable learning experience. Call 757-586-5205

Responsibilities

• Administrating treatments based on a clients care plan
• Managing a clients care plan and making recommendations based on in-home evaluations
• Collecting new health information and taking vital signs at the start of the visit
• Assist with In-home care assessment and consultation
• Perform training to our PCA group enrollments
• Assess and chart observations of the client's condition at each visit

Qualifications

• A minimum of an associate's degree in nursing, bachelor's degree is preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers's license
• Active state nursing license
