**The Role**
Triplelift is hiring an In-House Accounts Sales Manager to join our team. The In-House Accounts Sales Director is responsible for representing TripleLift to a targeted list of Fortune 500 companies. This person takes a strategic and consultative approach to get to the heart of our clients needs.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead sales and business development activities for a targeted list of Fortune 500 companies, securing high-level, integrated partnerships.
* Establish account and opportunity management plans for your client targets that are consistent with Triplelifts growth goals.
* Utilize a solution-selling philosophy by listening to key business requirements, and selling through TL's solutions that meet the clients' needs.
* Collect and organize information required to give Triplelift the competitive advantage when competing with other firms for client business.
* Network at industry-relevant functions to increase Triplelifts visibility and connect with new clients.
* Provide weekly updates to leadership on sales, leads, and the status of prospective projects.
* Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
* Maintain proper adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization through Triplelifts CRM (Salesforce).
* Effectively forecast monthly and quarterly sales
**Desired Skills and Attributes**
* Solid understanding of Internet advertising, DSPs, programmatic, and general sales process
* Proven track record of sales success, achieving goals, managing to a number
* Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

* Extremely strong and demonstrable work ethic
**Education Requirement**
Bachelors degree
**Experience Requirement**
4-6 years in digital sales, media or ad tech; programmatic experience is required
