Job Summary
Sr. Salesforce Developer
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality and scalable software solutions using Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions that meet business needs
- Stay updated on new and emerging Salesforce technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve the customer experience
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, ensuring timely resolution of any production issues
- Write and maintain technical documentation for all projects and processes
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Continuously improve and optimize existing Salesforce applications to enhance performance and user experience
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development and Salesforce platform
- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the team
What You'll Bring - Over 4 years of Salesforce experience in software development, ideally focusing on CRM enterprise systems spanning multiple Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, and Marketing
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, self-discipline, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes, alongside a strong team orientation and a penchant for design thinking, efficiency, and innovation
- Proven track record of delivering impactful products across diverse subject domains
- strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across stakeholders

Qualifications - Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
