SEO Consultant Description

We are looking for an SEO Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will utilize your expertise in keyword research, on-page optimization and data analysis to develop effective strategies that drive measurable results. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices and ensure the digital content aligns with industry trends and search engine algorithms. Responsibilities

• Work with strategists, designers, copywriters, webmasters, developers, project managers and other digital marketing consultants to make sure SEO best practices are followed
• Work in a multi-talented, international squad of digital marketing consultants each with their expertise
• Work for some of the world's largest brands
• Work in Agile methodology
• Bring the spirit of growth, help educate your teammates and clients about the importance of organic traffic and SEO to achieve it
• Conceptualize improvements and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis
• Follow up implementation of SEO recommendations to secure the expected results
• Assure the highest quality of service provided to clients
• Gain access to some of the world's best courses and materials to bring your SEO knowledge to the highest level
• Learn from some of the best SEO minds on some of the most complex and rewarding projects

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a Content and Technical SEO role, preferably in a Digital Agency environment
• Good understanding of how SEO works within the wider Digital Marketing environment (multichannel marketing, SEA, CRO, UX/UI, social media, marketing automation, etc.)
• Good understanding of user intent which enables you to perform in-depth Keyword Research and Mapping
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of SEO that impact crawling, indexing and rendering
• Good understanding of basic SEO Competitor Analysis in order to get actionable data
• Knowledge of main content elements and aspects to perform detailed Content Audits to uncover optimization potential
• Understanding of off-page SEO principles (disallow file, PageRank, site authority…)
• Proven experience in improving organic traffic
• Proficient with Google Search Console
• Experienced with reporting and interpreting data (Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio and similar)
• Working proficiency with tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush and Screaming Frog
• Basic understanding of data visualization tools
• Creative and analytical mindset, excellent problem-solver skills, hard-working and determined
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office set of tools
• Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level

Nice to have

• Comprehension of E-E-A-T and YMYL policies
• Knowledge and understanding of terms like Entities, NLP, WDF-IDF, topical maps, content clusters
• Understanding of internationalization elements
