Job Description
Flex is seeking a creative and culturally savvy Social Media Manager who has a proven track record of growing a brand’s voice and organic social media presence, especially on TikTok. This role will be responsible for managing our social strategy across all platforms, creating engaging content, and working with influencers and user-generated content (UGC) to build and grow our community. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Flex shows up in the digital space, using your skills in content creation, storytelling, and trendspotting to amplify our brand’s voice and reach.
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about social media and have experience making viral content that drives engagement. They’ll support our Head of PR & Community and broader marketing team to execute our content strategy while managing influencer relationships and UGC programs to deliver against a coordinated marketing calendar.
