Malbon is looking for a Supply Chain Manager that embodies the spirit of Malbon Golf culture, customer experience, and lifestyle.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager who will play a pivotal role in optimizing Malbon’s supply chain operations. This individual will spearhead our global supply chain strategy, focusing on the seamless delivery and distribution of our products. By establishing and monitoring key performance indicators, the Supply Chain Manager will ensure the efficient movement and storage of goods across our global supply chain, contributing to our brand's dynamic growth.

This position will work with internal and external partners to address issues and concerns and continually look for ways to improve the processes and systems. Internally, this role will engage with cross-functional partners including (but not limited to): Supply Chain, Customer Care, Store Operations, Finance, Technology, and Analytics.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for the golfing lifestyle to help propel Malbon into its next phase of growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high service levels.
2. Manage negotiations and oversee contracts for air, ocean, ground, and parcel freight to optimize our logistics network.
3. Collaborate with supply planning teams to guarantee timely delivery of inbound Purchase Orders through cutting-edge visibility tools.
4. Direct the strategy for product movement and carrier sourcing for both domestic and international logistics, utilizing various transportation modes.
5. Design and enforce procedures to monitor and manage logistics costs company-wide, aiming for cost reductions without compromising service.
6. Implement governance and auditing processes to assess vendor performance and foster continuous improvement.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to refine our logistics operations and strategies.
8. Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the company’s logistics needs.
9. Manage and optimize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to improve supply chain visibility, accuracy, and efficiency.
10. Leverage experience in fashion and direct-to-consumer (D2C) eCommerce to enhance supply chain operations, particularly in inventory management, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
2. At least 10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, including strategic planning and execution.
3. Comprehensive understanding of domestic and international logistics operations, including parcel, ground, air, and ocean freight.
4. Strong project management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
5. Proven track record of implementing strategic logistics operations and developing innovative solutions.
6. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to discuss complex issues effectively with senior management.
7. Data-driven decision-making ability and experience in strategic recommendations.
8. Experience in leading large-scale, global projects with a collaborative and influential approach.
9. Shopify eCommerce platform experience.
10. Proficiency in Google Suite + Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
11. Fashion industry experience and familiarity with D2C eCommerce platforms are highly valued.
12. Experience with iSyncSolutions or other ERP/PLM platforms is a plus.
13. Passion for learning and leveraging emerging technology IE: AI, Machine Learning.
14. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20-25% required).
