Job Description

The CT Training Coordinator is a professional who actively supports the philosophy and mission of the agency and maintains a high level of commitment to program staff and consumers. They will prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and document training activities in the agency.

*Travel is necessary to the different CT programs for training processes*

Responsibilities:

  • Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps & to ensure best practice care
  • Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
  • Map out annual training calendar
  • Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks
  • Host training sessions for internal subject matter experts
  • Develop in house training programs and training materials utilizing existing staff content experts
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training and collaborate with supervisors to map out training plans for individual employees

Requirements:

  • Experience in corporate training process, presentations, and creating curriculum
  • One to five years experience in customer service, education, sales, business management, or marketing/advertising industry
  • A vehicle in good working order with current registration and a good driving record
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred)

Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm with flexibility required should the need arise

Salary:

$55,000 - $60,000 annually
