LaSalle Network is partnered with a USHL and event arena seeking a Venue Manager, Sports & Entertainment as their business continues to grow. The Venue Manager, Sports & Entertainment will be responsible for the overall operation, management and strategic direction of the sports venue. This role includes overseeing facility operations, financial performance, event management, staff supervision and customer relations to ensure a positive experience for guests and stakeholders.



Venue Manager, Sports & Entertainment Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the venue, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Manage facility maintenance, cleanliness and overall readiness for events
• Develop and manage the annual budget, monitoring expenses and revenue to meet financial goals
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies for improvement
• Collaborate with event promoters, sports teams and organizations to schedule and execute events
• Recruit, train and supervise venue staff, including event coordinators, security and maintenance personnel
• Foster a positive and productive work environment
• Enhance the guest experience through excellent customer service and engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and enhance venue visibility
• Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations to drive attendance and sponsorship opportunities

Venue Manager, Sports & Entertainment Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration or a related field. Master's preferred
• 7+ years' experience in venue management, event planning or related fields
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
