Position Summary:
The VP of Finance, Conemaugh Physician Group (CPG) provides overall leadership and direction for the CPG Finance within the Conemaugh Health System. The VP of Finance CPG is responsible for supporting the mission of Conemaugh Health System through the coordination and preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other financial information as required, providing management with information to assess financial performance of CPG.
The VP of Finance CPG reports directly to the Market CFO, under the direction of the CFO. The VP of Finance CPG supervises the CPG Director of Fin Ops, CPG Lead, Senior and Staff Accountants. This position exercises functional and administrative supervision over the CPG Financial Operations as well as provides support/input to CPG and hospital senior leadership.

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA or CHFP/FHFMA
* Minimum of 15 years experience in healthcare, 10 in a supervisory role
* CPA, MBA, CHFP/FHFMA
* Successful leadership experience in hospital/physician practice financial operations.
* Possesses excellent quantitative and critical thinking skills and project positive image as a Healthcare professional.
* Exhibits a history of demonstrating increasingly greater responsibility and career stability.
* Demonstrates excellent judgment skills in the selection, management, training, and evaluation of staff.
