As a HCM Solutions Architect on our Business Technology team, you will be a key player in shaping and delivering Workday solutions that align with our People & Culture (P&C) team’s strategic objectives. Leveraging your deep technical expertise and business acumen, you will collaborate with P&C stakeholders and internal teams to design, implement, and optimize Workday solutions that drive efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and design and document comprehensive Workday solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Architectural Guidance: Provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle, assisting technical resources in the configuration of Workday solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Collaboration: Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring that Workday solutions meet their evolving needs and challenges.
Technical Strategy: Design and articulate technical strategies for Workday solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security aspects.
Configuration and Customization: Oversee and deliver configuration and customization of Workday modules to meet specific business requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of Workday solutions.
Stay Informed: Continuously monitor Community for updates, new features, and emerging industry trends to incorporate the latest advancements into solution design.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of related HRIS experience with 3+ years of configuration and design experience in Workday HCM and 2 or more modules; Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, Recruiting, or Reporting
Ability to analyze issues and problems systematically, gathering broad and balanced input, drawing sound conclusions and translating conclusions into timely decisions and actions
Approach challenges with a creative and inquisitive mindset, always seeking new and better ways to enhance individuals' effectiveness in their work
Ability to prepare solutions documentation including business process flow, functional design specifications, configuration guides, test scenarios, training documents, etc.
Desire to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Able to work well in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment
The approximate annual base compensation range is $129,000 to $180,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
